You are purchasing the item pictured (actual item).
While we may have items that are MINT/ IN THE PACKAGE from time to time, the majority of items we deal with are USED and come in the CONDITION that they are Pictured.
Items are sold AS IS.
Generally Items are shipped 2-3 days after payment is processed via Pay-Pal. We do not ship on weekends and we only ship to the lower 48 states.
Unless stated differently items ship via UPS (BIG BROWN) with a declared value or USPS with insurance for the amount paid…this is the only guarantee I offer.
If item is damaged or lost in shipping and they(UPS/USPS) pays the claim, I will offer a full refund through paypal.
No Returns EVER after 48hrs post delivery.
